\nschool if bus facility is availed.<\/p>\n \u2022 If any alternative arrangement of your ward\u2019s commuting has been made, please inform it to
\nthe transport-in-charge.<\/p>\n \u2022 In case of small children, the child will be taken back to the school if there is no one picks
\nhim\/her up at the stop.<\/p>\n \u2022 School bus service will be available only in some selected routes and cannot take diversion at
\nthe request of the parents.<\/p>\n \u2022 Bus fees once paid is not refundable, adjustable or transferable.<\/p>\n \u2022 Parents are advised not to tip the bus driver \/ ayah for the purpose of getting any personal work
\ndone at the school and communication with the teachers or school is not permitted through ayahdidi
\nand drivers.<\/p>\n \u2022 No Motorbikes for students are permitted in School campus.<\/p>\n BUS RULES FOR STUDENTS<\/p>\n 1. All students using the school bus are expected to be at the stop least five minutes before the
\narrival time of the bus.<\/p>\n 2. The buses will not wait for latecomers.<\/p>\n 3. The children should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.<\/p>\n 4. No students should come near the entry door of the bus unless the bus has made a complete stop.<\/p>\n 5. When the bus is in motion, students must not move around the bus and no part of their body should
\nbe outside the bus.<\/p>\n 6. Objects of any kind e.g. Wrappers etc. must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.<\/p>\n 7. Students will be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence or vandalism.<\/p>\n 8. Students are not allowed to eat in the bus.<\/p>\n 9. Unruly behavior like shrieking, shouting and use of foul language is strictly prohibited; Courteous
\nbehavior is expected at all times.<\/p>\n 10. The driver\u2019s attention must not be distracted for any reason.<\/p>\n 11. Senior students should offer Seats to the juniors in the bus.<\/p>\n ABSENCE \/ LEAVE RULES<\/p>\n \u2022 Punctual and regular attendance at school is extremely important. Permission for leave must be
\napplied for and obtained, in writing at least 24 hours prior to commencement of the intended period of
\nleave.<\/p>\n \u2022 In case of emergencies, the students must submit application on returning to the school; bring a
\nnote from the parent stating the reason for absence.<\/p>\n \u2022 In case of sick leave for more than three days the leave application should be sent along with a
\nmedical certificate.<\/p>\n \u2022 Every student must attend a minimum of 75% of the working days of the year for promotion to
\nthe next class.<\/p>\n \u2022 A student whose parents expect him \/ her to be in School but who does not attend is truant,
\nTruant is a serious offence, and requires strong disciplinary action. Missing a class period without
\npermission is also truancy.<\/p>\n \u2022 Parents should fill up the Record for Non Attendance \/ Leave Record in the diary for each day
\nthe student is absent from School, stating the reason for absence.<\/p>\n \u2022 Attendance is compulsory or Independence Day and Republic Day and at all celebration.<\/p>\n \u2022 Catching up the work which has been missed due to the absence in the class is the responsibility
\nof the students.<\/p>\n \u2022 No leave will be granted on Test or Examination days.<\/p>\n LIBRARY RULES<\/p>\n 1. All students from class I onwards can make use of the library.<\/p>\n 2. Books will be issued only to the students from class III onwards.<\/p>\n 3. No student is authorized to pass a book taken from the library to anyone else.<\/p>\n 4. Books must be returned in the same condition.<\/p>\n 5. Any books lost, must at once be paid for or replaced.<\/p>\n 6. Library will remain open throughout the school hours.<\/p>\n 7. Strict silence must be observed in the Library.<\/p>\n 8. All books have to be returned within 7 days.<\/p>\n 9. If the books are not returned on the assigned date, a fine of Rs.2\/- per day, per book will be charged
\n(including holidays)<\/p>\n 10. Books must be duly returned before commencement of the (terminal) examination.<\/p>\n 11. A student guilty of disobedience of the librarian or of disorderly conduct is liable to be debarred
\nfrom the library.<\/p>\n ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL<\/p>\n 1. Application for admission will be accepted on a prescribed from which can be obtained from the
\nschool office along with the school prospectus.<\/p>\n 2. At the time of admission, original birth certificate from the authorized Govt. authorities must be
\nsubmitted and original T.C. of the last school attended.<\/p>\n 3. Admission is strictly based on merit.<\/p>\n 4. Application for withdrawal \/ Transfer certificate in the prescribed form. Should be filled by the father
\n\/ mother and submitted in the office.<\/p>\n 5. 30 working days notice is required to withdraw a student.<\/p>\n 6. T.C. will be issued only after all financial obligation have been fulfilled.<\/p>\n 7. T.C.
